This regional training event focuses on Oregon Attorney General’s guidance on board service; governing board responsibilities; understanding and using financial information; sustainable budgeting; nonprofit board governance; retaining IRS tax exempt status and board governance issues.
Event registration fee: $65.00 per individual is extended to April 1, 2010 or $80.00 after April 1, 2010. Lunches are available for $8.00 but must be ordered by April 5,2010.
